2.4.2.9

  • Issue 3035 - Fixed another issue that could occur when converting scientific notation values to raw numeric values in SOQL Query tool window query results.
  • Improvements and fixes for the new Metadata Visualizer integration:
    • Disabled editing features in generated visualizations since they're not connected to any listener.
    • A spinner is now displayed when a visualization is first being generated for a file.
    • Visualizations are now updated immediately when the associated metadata files are changed even if not yet saved to disk.
    • Fixed a few issues that could occur when initializing the .illuminatedCloud/metadataVisualizer environment for a project.
    • The .illuminatedCloud/metadataVisualizer files are automatically updated if newer in the IC plugin than in the project.
    • The Install Metadata Visualizer file-level annotation is now displayed only for metadata files under configured source roots.
  • Updated the bundled JSON schemas for sfdx-project.json and project-scratch-def.json files based on Salesforce's latest versions.
  • Anonymous Apex/SOQL Query/SOSL Query tool window pre-execution validation now occurs on a background thread.
  • The IDE's Collapse empty tag inspection is now suppressed for Salesforce XML metadata files since round-tripping unpaired tags through the Salesforce server results in paired tags.
  • Refactored the bulk metadata deployment/retrieval/removal dialog significantly. I've tested it extensively, but if you see regressions or other issues, please report them and I'll address them ASAP.
